Positivity is my legacy and it’s the lens I choose to see the world through. I always find the silver lining, no matter how small. I value knowledge and study a variety of topics; this makes my skill set unique. My passions are animal rescue, behavior modification training in PTSD dogs, self-improvement, advocacy, CBT skills and helping people break negative thought patterns. Everyone deserves happiness, I love to help them find it.
I have three rescue dogs, one with trauma based severe PTSD. Today he and his brothers are completely different, happy dogs with no fear or aggression. My boyfriend was diagnosed in 2014 with CRPS Type 2 and Crohn’s Disease. He also suffers from Severe Complex PTSD and Tinnitus from military service. Since CRPS is not common, not many know what it is, how debilitating it is, or take it seriously. My desire to raise awareness is what led me to this foundation. My boyfriend gives me inspiration daily. I can’t imagine never being pain free…that lets me know how strong he is! My goal is to give that same inspiration and strength (with a touch of hope) back to all CRPS WARRIORS!
