Sarah Huminicki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on business strategy and human resource management. In her professional career, she is a team builder and people leader who has extensive expertise in managing business operations teams and as a learning technologies consultant, analyst and systems expert. She is best known as a problem solver, leveraging strategic vision and thoughtful analysis in elevating and optimizing business processes and results.
Sarah’s CRPS began in 2021 after a fall down the stairs, affecting both feet and eventually legs and arms. She faced numerous challenges with not being able to walk and received a grim prognosis when diagnosed. However, she and her family never gave up searching for treatments and ways forward, and she made incredible progress. Sarah credits her success to a combination of pain-reprocessing therapy (PRT), a rehabilitation-focused treatment plan, and physical therapy/recovery work, along with her support system.
Sarah has overcome post-concussion syndrome, vertigo, immune issues and other challenges throughout her journey. Although she has travelled a long road, she is beating the odds and no longer believes her prognosis will be her story. Now, she volunteers her time mentoring individuals with chronic pain, bringing messages of hope, finding ways to help others and light the path forward.
Our Mission is to support the care and well-being of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) patients and their families through education, financial assistance, programs, and research. Fight With Us951-216-0369
